Held in April 2011 at Berry College in Rome,  Georgia, the conference featured four main speakers: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thenewatlantis.com\/publications\/the-case-for-enhancing-people\">Ronald Bailey<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thenewatlantis.com\/publications\/machine-morality-and-human-responsibility\">Charles T. Rubin<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thenewatlantis.com\/publications\/the-science-of-politics-and-the-conquest-of-nature\">Patrick J. Deneen<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thenewatlantis.com\/publications\/justice-without-foundations\">Robert P. Kraynak<\/a>, with responses to Mr. Bailey by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thenewatlantis.com\/publications\/liberation-biology-lost-in-the-cosmos\">Benjamin Storey<\/a> and to Professor Rubin by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thenewatlantis.com\/publications\/the-problem-with-friendly-artificial-intelligence\">Adam Keiper<\/a>&nbsp;(here joined by Ari N.
